The JLMBC 2025 Academic Scholarship Banquet will be held on June 21st from 3pm-5pm at First Cosmopolitan Church which is located at 1515 Cross Link Rd. Church family, you are invited to join us as we celebrate our youth and their academic achievements. Early bird tickets are $10 per person if purchased before May 31st. After May 31st tickets will be $15. You can RSVP on the church website. Parents, each of our youth will receive 2 complimentary tickets. Any additional tickets will be $10 if purchased before the deadline. This is a semi-formal affair. Parents, please complete the appropriate form below for your child to be recognized. High School & College graduates. Attention JLMBC Class of 2025, we will recognize both College and our Graduates on June 22nd, 2025 at our 9:30 am Service. Please complete the form below and submit all required documentation by May 31st. The required documentation is a copy of proof of graduation and a graduation picture, preferably in your graduation attire. The documents can be emailed to youthministry@juniperlevel.org.
